What are the Causes of Neuropathy?
Neuropathy usually begins in the hands and feet but can spread gradually up the arms and legs and to other parts of the body. It is a life-altering condition that causes a host of symptoms—including but not limited to muscle loss, weakness and pain, cramps and twitching, bone degeneration, tingling and numbness.
This is caused when your body’s nerve signaling is disrupted by either a loss of your body’s natural signaling, inaccurate signaling to the nervous system, or an error that may be distorting the messages being sent. Other autonomic nerves may also be affected in the degeneration process.
